Since this is new world for me, I'm quite enamored with Mary Stewart's Launching the Imagination. Perhaps after I see other works I will have a more informed opinion. But, even though there is a typo on the second page of the preface and the book costs 120 beans, I still like it. It's good to know that art is "process" as well as "product". I was always under the impression that artists just "created" from nothing their works. Given that revelation I may be able to do art myself! ha!  Now, I'm off to learn how to place a graphic in my posts.  Wish me luck fellow bloggers!
