Public Art

Recent discussions about "public art" in Peter Christenson's Muti-media Authoring class led me to explore the genre's web presence.  The "Big Art Mob" has established a website that invites interested parties to identify public art and its location so that "the World's first comprehensive survey and map of Public Art" can be created.  Coupled with this effort is a call to establish a comprehensive definition of what is and isn't public art.  So if you're interested, go to: http://bigartmob.com/
